Returns Policy

I'm sure you will be delighted with your purchase from me, however If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I would be very sorry to hear that and would appreciate you contacting me within 7 days of receipt for a returns delivery address and confirm the reason for return. Returns are happily accepted as long as the following criteria is met.

Returned items should be in unused and unworn condition and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Postage costs for goods returned to me is your responsibility  and items are your responsibility until it reaches me, for your own protection I recommend you return using a service that insures you for the value of the goods and use a tracked service.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

For legal and hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.

Custom orders are non refundable.

As soon as I receive the item, I will refund you the value of the item minus postage (unless the product was faulty), you will be refunded via the method you used to pay with or you will be issued with a credit note whichever you would prefer. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
